If I were Jim, I would expect that when opening the chest I would find many precious metals, jewelry and other riches.

This question is about "Treasure Island" that tells the story of how Jim Hawkins, a pirate, sailed in search of a treasure chest buried by another pirate. If we were Jim, we would, like him, think that the chest would be full of riches, metals and precious jewels that would make him rich. However, when Jim actually has access to the chest he discovers that the chest contained a few gold coins, a lot of oiled paper, a suit, a compass, pistols and a quadrant.

In the two stories there are four main differences and similarities for the first example there is the Wall which comes from “Pyramus and Thisbe” and there are the rival families which come from Romeo and Juliet. The wall in "Pyramus and Thisbe" represents the differences in their families that keep them apart. This can be compared to the feud between the Montague and Capulet families which kept Romeo and Juliet apart. This feud kept them apart just as the wall keeps “Pyramus and Thisbe” apart.
