not sure about the video but i'll try my best to answer correctly.

definitely difficult children is one of them... angry parents, and probably small classes...

not sure for large classes though... shortage of textbooks aren't a big deal really, and it's not that hard to sort out things

Reverend Lovejoy or Elijah Parish Lovejoy was a reverend who published anti-slavery articles in various newspapers. He also started an abolitionist paper called the Alton Observer. Frederick Douglass was a leader of the abolitionist movement who had escaped from slavery and was a great orator and wrote very important antislavery writing.
