Answer:

Which example does NOT describe changes due to selective breeding?
Svetradugi [14.3K]

Answer:

C- Bacteria become more resistant to antibiotics that are used to treat bacterial infections.

Explanation:

Selective breeding involves humans breeding plants and animals by choosing which animal or plant males and females will sexually reproduce and have offspring together. This is usually done to achieve a particular favorable phenotypic trait in the new offspring.

Bacteria become more resistant to antibiotics that are used to treat bacterial infections doesn’t undergo any selective breeding process by humans which makes it the right answer.

What would most likely happen to the carbon cycle if there were no more plants on Earth?
Artyom0805 [142]
Plants use carbon to live, just like humans use oxygen.  It's a virtuous cycle sine humans breathe oxygen and expel carbon, and plants "breathe" carbon and expel oxygen.

If plants weren't there to "breathe" the carbon, it would just sit in the world, and build up in the atmosphere.
