Answer:

First it's always good to plan what your going to work on, on what days. For example: Sundays - arms, Mondays - abs, etc..

A good workout plan would be:

  • 20 sit ups
  • 25 crunches
  • 50 squats
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 50 arm circles
  • 1 minute tricep stretch
  • 20 burpees
  • 3 minute run in place

* Its also a good point to eat healthy as well when doing these exercises

First, you want to eat healthily. Eating healthy will help a lot when losing weight. Before you exercise, you want to stretch. Stretching is super important to do before you exercise. After you stretch, you want to do a little bit of exercise for each part of your body and you want to do a little more each day. Doing this will help you lose weight.
