Recently, we have been trying to re-establish ties with the nation, but the embargo has yet to be lifted. However, if the Cuban government reformed and started to hold fair democratic elections then I would have no doubt in my mind that we would once again establish diplomatic ties and lift the embargo currently placed on Cuba.
