Hamilton's visions for reshaping the American economy basically  included a federal charter for a national financial institution. He also proposed a Bank of the United States. This national bank also developed along the lines of the Bank of England, which was a central bank that would help make the new nation's economy dynamic grow through a more stable way or paper.
