Answer:

Radius of given circle "r" = 6 centimeter

Explanation:

Given:

Area of given circle = 36π centimeter²

Find:

Radius of given circle

Computation:

Area of circle = πr²

where r = Radius of given circle

⇒ Area of given circle = πr²

By putting value of "Area of given circle"

⇒ πr² = 36π

BY dividing π from both side

⇒ r² = 36

⇒ r = √36

⇒ r = 6

Radius of given circle "r" = 6 centimeter

FinnZ [79.3K]
In my opinion, it was the renewed interest in antiquity and general secularist openmindedness, as opposing religious dogma and doctrine that had prevailed in the Middle Ages. In the Renaissance, intellectuals realized there was so much they didn't know. In particular, Ibn Rushd (widely known as Averroes) was an Islamic Aristotelian who was extremely committed to interpreting rationalist Aristotelian philosophy, thus transgressing religious and cultural boundaries, in a true proto-Renaissance fashion. That's why it was so easy for Europeans to accept him, while his own compatriots resented him.

Romans came from the Italian pensinsula and came to Britain in the early first century. It was a gradual process and they slowly started conquering the different parts of the British isles during that time.

Vikings came from the Northern parts of Europe and they started conquering the British isles in later periods.

Both came and wanted to conquer the lands, while Romans were 'established' conquerors and started governing these areas soon by spreading their culture etc. The Vikings on the other hand had pillaing more in mind and did more of that and did not govern that much from the beginning.
