I believe that he though the needed clothes and weapons most the first time he visited the shipwreck, although later he returned in order to find tools and other stuff he might need.
I want my Children to know that it is okay to be who you are and what you love. Like if they do not have a love for toes as their father then it will be somewhat okay.
