When you visit the coastal plains, you can do many touristic activities such as enjoying the beach, participate in aquatic activities such as kayaking, relax and take the sun, or visiting the many classical towns along the coast. On the other hand, when you visit the piedmont region you first have to be willing to enjoy an adventure throughout the beautiful places offered by mother nature. You can do mountain biking, jogging, enjoy long walks through the woods, ride a horse, camping, or visit historic towns.
