Answer: I would contend that the right answer is actually the B) Consonance.

Explanation: Just to elaborate a little bit on the answer, it can be added that the quote provides the best example of consonance because it involves the repetition of similar consonant sounds - hu<em>ge</em>, spon<em>ges</em>, <em>grow</em>th, hei<em>ght</em>, and li<em>ght</em>. Options A and C are incorrect, since alliteration involves the repetition of the first consonant sound in a series of words, and onomatopoeia is the naming of a thing imitating the sound that is associated with it (i.e. buzz).
