Question 14 (2 points)
Darya [45]

Answer: 2) Minimum Gas Mileage for Vehicles

Explanation:

The Elastic Clause gives the Federal Government the flexibility it needs to exercise powers that are not explicitly stated in the Constitution by giving them the power to pass laws that they believe will help them exercise their mandate as the Federal Government.

Seeing as the Constitution already gives the Federal Government the power to approve Foreign treaties as well as oversight over equipment for the Armed forces and powers over the declaration of war, the only law that can be created under the Elastic clause is a Minimum Gas Mileage for Vehicles.

Dave and Andy take turns in cutting the grass. The lawn is 60 yards long and 40 yards wide.
SVETLANKA909090 [29]

60*40=2400

the area of the square is 2,400 yards squared

2400 yards dived by 60 minuets is 40. So Dan cuts 40 yards per minuet

2400 yards dived by 40 minuets is 60. So Andy cuts 60 square yards per minuet

60*2= 120     40*2=80    120*80=9600

It would take Dan 240 minutes or 4 hours because 2600 dived by 40 yards per minuet is 240. It would take Andy 160 minutes because 9600  yards squared divided by 60 square yards per minute is 160.
