Explanation:

Gen Z is a term used for the generations born after 1995, though it has to be taken that what is attributed as characteristics of these generations did not start at the same time everywhere, it is mostly in the developed countries. The demographic trends of Gen Z are expected to be significantly different to that of the boomers, and the signs are already there as the oldest members of this generation have 25 years of age.

The changes in society and significant exposure to technological devices that replace human contact in person are resulting in much higher levels of physical isolation. Also, with men and women having the same opportunities and both genders focusing on having as higher education as possible and later focusing on a career, means that the marriage is delayed significantly, with a big portion also not planning to get married at all. This will result in a  sharp drop in the birthrates, while the death rates will also be very low. The population will be rapidly aging and it will start to experience a decline.
