Answer:

1. Sequence.

2. Compare & Contrast.

3. Cause & Effect.

4. Problem & Solution.

5. Description.

Explanation:

Text structure can be defined as words used to describe how a writer or an author organizes his or her words in a literary work.

In English language, there are five (5) nonfiction text structures and these includes;

a. Sequence: this type of text structure make use of words such as after, before, finally, next, then, etc., to describe an event in a timely manner or order of time.

b. Compare and Contrast: it used for the comparison of two or more things to show similarities and differences i.e how they are alike and different.

c. Cause and Effect: it gives the relationship between two things or events in which an occurrence one (cause) leads to the occurrence of another (effect). Signal words such as consequently, because, as a result, therefore, due to, since, etc.

d. Problem and Solution: it describes a problem and proffers a solution using signal words such as dilemma, solve, problem, etc.

e. Description (list): this type of text structure list lot of facts or details about a subject, making use of phrases such as more importantly, for instance, for example, etc.

The type of nonfiction text structure is matched to the appropriate description below;

1. Sequence: Bats 'see' in the dark using a special skill called echolocation. They make a noise and wait for the sound waves to bounce back off an object (an echo). Then, if it doesn't bounce back then they can safely fly forward to catch the prey. After catching the prey, they eat it.

2. Compare & Contrast: Bats are divided into two groups: mega and micro bats. Micro bats are usually smaller than mega bats, but some are actually larger than some mega bats. Mega bats have a good sense of hearing and do not not use echolocation as micro bats do. Mega bats eat fruit, pollen, or nectar while micro bats eat insects, blood, small mammals, and fish.

3. Cause & Effect: Most people are afraid of bats because they think that all bats have rabies. Bats can get rabies like any other mammal. However, very few bats have rabies.

4. Problem & Solution: Sometimes bats get into homes. Bat removal is sometimes difficult. If a bat is found, always wear thick leather gloves and use a net, towel, plastic container, or other method for capturing. It is import to seal up any area that other bats may enter to prevent future bat problems.

5. Description: Bats help with the pollination of many types of fruit in the world. This includes bananas, mangos, and peaches. It is believed that over 500 different types of tropical plants are pollinated successfully every single year through the bats role.

B. Parallelism

Explanation:

Parallelism is the act in which some of the same words are used over and over to create a point or reiterate the same points to make it more viable, the same concepts will be repeated but with slightly different wording. The Declaration of Independence uses parallelism to make points come across as more serious, and for people to understand the concept completely. Repeating the word "that" is just one example of the use of parallelism in the Declaration of Independence, there are many more evident in it as well.
