They were dressed as Native Americans but acted like savages. From my spot on the wharf I watched these “Sons of Liberty'' board

three ships they had no right to. Then they stole and smashed the contents of their holds. They forced their way on to the ships and burst below decks. The threat of violence was held in the tomahawks in their hands. They broke the tea crates into bits and hurled their contents into the sea, looting and smashing their way like the basest of criminals. I watched the tea I would have sold in my shop be thrown into Boston Harbor. My profits floated away like tea leaves floating in the wind.
What was the author's MAIN point in paragraph 7 of the section “The View of a Tory (British Loyalist) Tea Merchant”?

A.
The Sons of Liberty were criminals who needed to be brought to justice.

B.
The Sons of Liberty violently destroyed goods that did not belong to them.

C.
The Sons of Liberty watched as profits were thrown into the Boston Harbor.

D.
The Sons of Liberty disguised themselves as Native Americans so others would be blamed.

Part 1: Overview Your assignment is to write a 15- to 20-word summary of the passage "Chants, curse can't stop Red Sox" by Steve
wlad13 [49]

The main idea of “Chants, curse can't stop Red Sox” is how Red Sox overcomes the odds to defeat the New York Yankees.

Explanation:

Red Sox had once labeled Yankees as the empire of the evil. And after its win over the Yankees, it claimed "all empires fall so must the Yankees".

The passage shows how a wildcard Red Sox turned history on its head by defeating the New York Yankees. Playing at a much smaller remuneration, Red Sox proved its mantle and registered one of the most stunning victories against the highly-rated Yankees.

No chants or curses could stop the Red Sox from making history.
