Yes president Nixon should have been impeached and removed from office because The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Nixon committed obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and contempt of Congress. Therefore, if he had not resigned he should have been impeached
