Answer:

Hi. As you didn't say what Jack should write about, I decided to report on the lack of healthy options in the food provided at school.

Explanation:

In the last few years we have seen a great exposure of "fitness fad" in our society. Many people have used this fad associated with good nutrition and exercise, which has led to improvements in the lives of many people.

In relation to healthy eating that has been preached as the main factor for having a slim and strong body, we forget to inform the importance of food for the construction of academic reasoning during the moments of study, since many schools have failed to provide options healthy on their menus.

We spent most of our day at school. During this period it is necessary to keep our body brm nourished so that it supports all the energy expenditure that brain activities need to provide a good memorization and a good learning about what we are studying. Pizza, soda and hamburgers are not the appropriate foods to provide this nutrition, on the contrary, research indicates that eating through fatty and industrialized products can make our brain less active and more tired, which impairs our learning.

In addition, this type of food does not stimulate our growth and makes us used to eating something easy, but harmful.

I'm not saying that these foods are prohibited, don't get me wrong, dear reader, but if you rely on them for activities that require a strong mental effort, like studying, it doesn't seem like a good idea and it needs to be discussed.
