1. Support groups that gather food, funds, etc for refugees (ppl coming into a country bc they r fleeing harsh realities like war, persecution, political unrest, etc). This would help new immigrants get a start here.
2. Support politicians who support legal immigration of these ppl into the country. Usually there is a limit on how many refugees, and how many immigrants overalla country can take in according to its legislature.

Well, Jefferson and his allies thought the bank was unconstitutional since the Constitution did not specifically give the government power to charter banks. The Democrats even said that Hamilton's bank would have too much power. Whereas, Hamilton knew The Bank Of England wanted the U.S. to start a bank and fundings were whack.
