1. They do not feel that cyberbullying is an issue, the world is harsh and being bullied on the Internet is not a "real problem."
2. There is not much you can do besides hitting the "report" or "block" button. If a Cyber bully is persistent, they'll just make a new profile to harass the victim.
3. They are a Cyberbully and aren't thinking about their actions clearly, (or they are aware and don't care.)
4. People aren't aware that it's an issue.
5. A person might be friends with a Cyberbully and they may not want to get their friend in trouble.
