Well the 6th amendment says that people have the right to a fair and speedy trial by jury.... hope this helps :D
That the USSR would work to spread Communism.
To have as much government control and regulation to remain in power and make big decisions as a whole.
Because they were the lowest class and didn't have a fair vote
