I believe it would be either B or C.

Explanation:

The question tricked me a little bit because native American were indigenous people in America in the 18th century, but I don't see any answer like this. Unlike the person that answered above I don't think it's D. because it says "immigrants" meaning they came from other country, the country they were born and it was not America, so they are NOT native in answer D.
