If you are talking about Canadian indigenous people, then some contributions would be the following.

The Creation of wooden totem poles that were part of their culture and belief system. They believed they were a form of protection from mother nature and the spirit world. To this day, Canadian totems are symbols that identify Canada around the world.

Kayaks and canoes are other inventions from Native American people. They used to sail the rivers and lakes using these kayaks and canoes.

We also can mention herbal remedies that were discovered by them to help cure scurvy and coughs.

It is believed that these indigenous people also invented a primitive form of snowshoes and snow goggles for the harsh winter weather.
