How did the Nile flood help life in ancient Egypt?
egoroff_w [7]

Answer:

When the floods went down it left thick rich mud (black silt) which was excellent soil to plant seeds in after it had been ploughed.

The ancient Egyptians could grow crops only in the mud left behind when the Nile flooded. So they all had fields all along the River Nile. ... The Nile also gave the ancient Egyptians food.

Statutory laws are created by __________________ at the local, state, and national levels.
Igoryamba
Statutory law is law that's written by a legislative body. It's law that a government deliberately creates through elected legislators and an official legislative process. It's up to the judiciary to interpret and enforce statutory law, but the judiciary can't create statutory law.

1)In what other ways were the collapses of the Han and Roman Empires similar? 2) Are there any lessons that can be learned by pr
Papessa [141]
1) The Fall of the Roman and Han Empires were evidently the same, both ruleing in the first century of the Common Era. These empires showed great military power, striving for economical power, and their terroroties covered a vast majority of land. When the economy, trade began plummeting in Rome and China, Rome was devastated by this cause and was one of the reason's why it led to their collapes. China, also was affected, but, they were many self sufficient groups. This happened because Rome relied heavily on trade. As less trade began happening, the amount of taxes and good that were coming were insufficient. One major similarity was the Social unrest during their collapse. The Peasants became angered with the rise in taxes and started to revolt against China. On the other hand, the Romans did not struggle with revolts but instead religion. As the spead of Christianity happened, cruel punishments and consequence were given to those who believed in this religion.
