Answer:

Sentence fluency is how the sentences flow. It is important to keep this flow so the reader can read through the sentences in a logical way. Have a better understanding, With proper conventions the sentence doesn't make sense or flow. Many of the Egyptian gods are associated with animals. What are some of these animals? Why do you think these particular animals
Artemon [7]
Well, Horus had a falcon head, Bast was a cat goddess, and Nekhbet is the vulture goddess. The Egyptians believed that these animals had special powers, and the personality of the god or goddess depended on the animal they stood for, like Anubis had a jackal head, and helps with the Underworld (i guess that's what it's called). Hope this helps!

Read this excerpt from “A Servant to Servants” and answer the question.
fgiga [73]
The correct option is this: THE NARRATOR THINKS SHE NEEDS REST, BUT LEN THINKS WORK IS THE CURE FOR HER ILLNESS.
From the excerpt given above, it can be seen that the narrator is sick and the only cure she needs is rest from her works, for she has been doing too much work. But her husband thinks that she needs to continue working because the only medicine she needs as cure is work.<span />

1. Emma has 52 coins în dimes and quarters which are worth $6. 25. How many of each coin does she have?
Delvig [45]

Answer: 7 Q and 45 D

Explanation:

Equations:

Quantity: D + Q = 52 coins

Value:::10D+25Q = 625 cents

Multiply thru Quantity by 10 to get:

10D + 10Q = 520

Subtract that from Value and solve for Q:

15Q = 105

Q = 7 (# of quarters)

Since D+Q = 52, D = 45 (# of dimes)

add them and you get 52.

7 Quarters and 45 Dimes, that 52 coins in total. :]

Hope this helps !!
