Imagine a world where [video games] suddenly stopped working. What would life look like after one day? What would it look like a
PIT_PIT [208]

Answer:

In a world where video games suddenly stopped working were to happen, it would look different after one day because people would be upset and try to find different things to do now that video games has come to an end. People are different so they may handle this differently from others. Some people might find this as an opportunity to start fresh and not be lazy anymore, while others may sulk and hide under their blankets crying and upset that their life is failing them.

After a year, people would be somewhat used to there being no video games. They would have found other interests and new types of jobs may be available. People would be slowly getting smarter now that they aren't thinking about video games any more. People may be very upset at first, but over time they will get over it and find other interests.

It would help the world by stopping laziness and peoples not so good brains. I know that sounds silly, but is it not true?  The people in our world of video games have been getting less smart through out time, studies have shown that people are getting less and less smart every generation. But if we just take away video games, that would let people do, explore, adventure, and etc. and help fill them with different knowledge then what they would have with video games.

Pleaseeeee helpppppp what happened with the gods following the solstice?
Sliva [168]

Answer:

Explanation:\

While it may be mostly Pagans who celebrate the Yule holiday today, nearly all cultures and faiths have held some sort of winter solstice celebration or festival. Because of the theme of endless birth, life, , and rebirth, the time of the solstice is often associated with deity and other legendary figures. No matter which path you follow, chances are good that one of your gods or goddesses has a winter solstice connection.

Alcyone (Greek)

Alcyone is the Kingfisher goddess. She nests every winter for two weeks, and while she does, the wild seas become calm and peaceful. Alcyone was one of the seven sisters of the Pleiades.

Ameratasu (Japan)

In feudal Japan, worshipers celebrated the return of Ameratasu, the sun goddess, who slept in a cold, remote cave. When the other gods woke her with a loud celebration, she looked out of the cave and saw an image of herself in a mirror. The other gods convinced her to emerge from her seclusion and return sunlight to the universe. According to Mark Cartwright at Ancient History Encyclopedia,

"[S]he blocked herself in a cave following an argument with Susanoo when he surprised the goddess with a monstrous flayed horse when she was quietly weaving in her palace with her younger sister Waka-hiru-me. As a consequence of Amaterasu’s disappearance the world was cast in total darkness and evil spirits ran riot over the earth. The gods tried all manner of ways to persuade the peeved goddess to leave the cave. On the advice of Omohi-Kane, s were set outside the cave in the hope their crows would make the goddess think that dawn had come."
