Cooperative conflict management involves finding a solution
to the conflicting situation that satisfies both parties that is the donkeys.
An effort is made to appease both parties thus equally satisfying both donkeys(win-win).
In this strategy, individuals involved in the conflict seem to be just as concerned with the wants of others as their own; however, Both are not willing to give up their own positions to merely soothe the wants of other individuals. Innovative ideas often emerge when people use the collaborative approach to conflict management.
