Which is the most important difference between the articles of the US Constitution and the articles of the Florida constitution?

The US Constitution implies to the entire US States / US Territories. The Florida Constitution is a US STATE Constitution, the State Constitutions have all of the same stuff as the US Constitution, but the States go deeper and have more Rights and details.
