What seems to be Jack London's feeling about people who are more primitive, more in touch with the wild? Pretend you are Jack London, and write a paragraph explaining how you feel about human beings and the wildness that they have inside. Attempt to write your response in the voice and style of Jack London. Base your response on what you read in Chapter 3.

Answer paragraph: I enjoy the look on one's face when they see the free air and the wildness. The cold air surrounding you and nothing stopping you and the breeze that flows through and you become far more alive, that is the friend I would want to have. The ones who refuse to be held captive in there own homes the ones who are free and want to be free. Nothing's greater than a friend who knows exactly how you feel and is just like you that is someone you will want as a friend. We are wild we are as wild as the hungry bear, or the jumping cougar, we have it in us, we just have to release it from it's box inside it and let it go. It is in all of us, but we won't know about it until we find it. The ones who enjoy the feeling of the cold air and don't run back indoors those are the ones that have released their wildness. Those are the ones I enjoy, we all have it in us.

(when I say "I" I'm talking about Jack London)

Human beings who are more primitive, more in touch with the wild are stronger. The reason being the untame are able to take in everything that is happening and adapt to new things quicker then the tame. A tame being a regular person and a untame being a person that is not as civilized as a regular person because they are more in touch with the world. A tame being is not as focused on keeping himself/herself safe and alive as a untamed person. Those of the untamed heart would have to build their own shelters by themselves and live with no one and without anyone’s help. The tame depend on others and the rest of there community to survive and help them throughout their lives. Humans (tame) have to learn and teach instead of just simply living, while the untame just live and learn as they go.
