If I had to make something up on the spot I’d say:

“Dear friend,

I heard you’re considering moving to our school. You totally should! Our school provides tons of opportunities, you can take all sorts of classes depending on your interests and future career— there’s options for everyone. Plus, they offer lots of extra help and tutoring for free. Not to mention our clubs are awesome, we have art clubs, sports clubs, religious clubs, video games clubs, and more; there’s definitely something you’d like.
