Explanation:

It is often noticeable the difference with which young men, women, non-binary and transgender people are treated at school by peers and teachers, this difference in treatment based on gender can be characterized by sexism and transphobia, that is, prejudice and discrimination .

This difference in treatment exists due to the fact that society does not yet accept that which is different and runs away from social standards considered traditional, such as cisgender men and women. This type of prejudice can cause effects that affect and negatively impact the lives of those who suffer, leading to deep traumas that can lead to depression more serious symptoms.

It is essential that in the school environment, which is an environment for the construction of a young person's identity, that the differences and individualities of each person are treated ethically, so that all human beings are treated equally.
