Stalin became leader after being the general secretary of the communist party. He used his powers to controll the people and what they got to see.

He wanted his economy to be focused around industrialization and agraculture which increased potential.

People wanted to try out facisim in italy and with a politician like Mussolini it was easy to fufill that dream.

He promised to strengthen the economy and increase the size of the military.

It was so easy for him to take control because he had what the people were looking for.

Hitler rose to power from the way he acted and what he promised German people in the depressing times they were facing after the war and promised to help.

Hitler had so much power he militerized Germany and was able to eradicate things he had predjudices on.

Japan was not doing well with its economy durring the depression and just like how hitler and mussolini rose to power that is what happened here and they  gaied military controll and power.

emmainna [20.7K]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Lance is in Little League, learning to play baseball. Unfortunately, he is standing too far away from the plate, and it is making his coach very upset. In order to make Lance stop standing so far from the plate, the coach rings a loud bell every time little Lance is more than six inches from the plate. The bell startles Lance, and he doesnât like it, so he moves closer to the plate. In this case, the sound of the bell serves as a punishment.

This is the way the coach has found to correct Lance's mistake. The sound of the bell serves as a punishment that aims to correct this bad habit that is not going to serve him as a baseball player. Probably, the coach has tried other methods but with no success. The punishment aims to remind Lance to change its approach and what he is asked to do until he gets it right.

Dillon’s Rule gives local governments the freedom and flexibility to make decisions for themselves.
emmainna [20.7K]

Answer:

Option B.

Explanation:

False, is the right answer.

The Dillon Rule is named after John Forest Dillon, a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Iowa. He was a personality who hugely suspected regional authorities and the local officials. Due to this distrust, he expressed his popular rule which was immediately adopted by state supreme courts throughout the state and was approved by the Supreme Court of Virginia before the 19th century. His rule interpreted the decisions when there is a problem of whether or not a regional government has a special potential.
