I'm going to assume you are learning about the Democratic-Republicans, Federalists, Anti-Federalists, etc... So I'll answer as best as I can since I've learned this.
Jefferson's view on "the people" was that they were very honest and weren't going to do anything bad, he believed people weren't animals basically.
(I know the question does not ask this, but here's the other side)
However, Hamilton believed that "the people" were untrustable and terrible human being, he indeed believed they were animals.
I hope I helped!
The two-term limit was made by Washington himself. Hope this helps!!!!1
The correct answer to this open question is the following.
Although you did not attach options for this question, we can say the following.
The Articles of Confederation that was the first Constitution of the United States, left a weak central government. This weakness of the national government under the Articles of Confederation became concerning to southern planters and New England after the so-called Shay’s Rebellion in Boston, when former Patriots and soliders that fought during the Revolutionary War started a rebellion and attacked the courts and other public buildings in Boston, Massachusetts.
That is when the delagates knew they had to meet and create a new Constitution and called for the Constitutional Convention in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvana in the summer of 1787.
Intolerable Acts, or Coercive Acts... the two parties called it two different names. The British (or the loyalists) put these acts upon the Colonists (or the patriots) to punish them for the acts of dumping the tea into the water, which was a large trading resource at the time. To give you a bit more history, they dressed up as Indians in the process of dumping to tea... Later on after they were going to be punished... the Patriots spread propaganda about what happened...( kind of the same thing with the Massacre, only 5 people were killed. But the colonists made it seem like it was a mass killing).
