Rhythm means "a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement or sound." The word rhythm is commonly used in music and its synonyms are pattern, tempo, beat, etc. However the word rhyme in not a synonym because rhyme means a whole different thing and is two words rhyming like in poetry. For example a rhyming word is tree which rhymes with bee and free and much more! Rhyming words often have similar endings like the ee's in my example.
