Earley' s studies found that people from individualistic cultures had lesser tendencies to work to their potential in group activities and were more prone to social loafing. This was in contrast to collectivist cultures like Chinese. People of the Chinese culture were found to be better performers at group activities. </span>
The developing country gets a huge amount of annual tax from the company and it is up to the government to decide what to use that tax money with. In Brunei a small country with a lot of oil, the government used the tax money to help the people. However some governments such as Nigeria's get corrupted and take all the money for themselves

Based on Mr. Robert Merton's typology of prejudice anddiscriminationn, prejudiced nondiscriminators may have no personal prejudice but still engage in discrimnatory bahavior because of the peer-group pressure or economic, political r social interest. Mr. Robert Merton is a known sociologist and he was being recognized on all of his contributions in the field of sociology.
