It’s made up of the office of the President, Vice President, their Cabinet, and other departments and agencies such as the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Treasury, Department of Defense, etc.

if I am correct the video is "Duck and Cover"? I remember learning about this last year. The atom bomb was capable of extreme amounts of damage, so downplaying it for the kids and teaching them to 'duck and cover' in the form of a cartoon was the easiest way to help them learn safety procedures in case of an attack.

Economically, it saddled Germany with a huge debt in the form of war reparations.  This forced Germany to borrow money from the United States in order to pay.  The debt was to cripple the German economy when the Great Depression hit. The treaty also hurt Germany psychologically
