Answer: A. Many Bolivians are farmers, but the agriculture sector does not produce much in terms of GDP.

Explanation:

The agricultural sector employs 32% of people in Bolivia according to this chart which makes it the second highest employer in the country after Services.

When it comes to it's contribution to GDP however, it only contributes around 13.6% which is the lowest out of the three main contributors. This shows that although a lot of Bolivians are farmers, the agricultural sector does not contribute much to the economy.

Was the United States wise to fight in Korea? If Truman hadn't contained
Tpy6a [65]

Answer:

Indeed, President Truman was very wise in participating in the Korean War. At the beginning of the Cold War, both sides were in the midst of preparatory movements and geopolitical positions that would be key to the future of the war. In this sense, a North Korean victory would have meant complete control over the continental east, and an almost certain fall of Japan into communist hands, which would have created a new axis between the USSR-China-Korea-Japan, extremely powerful and difficult to combat, which would have triggered an almost certain Third World War.

In addition, at that time South Korea was surely the poorest and underdeveloped area of the peninsula, so without any help its survival in the face of the communist attack would have been unlikely.

American participation served to contain communism, guaranteeing the development of Japan as an unconditional ally in the Pacific, in the face of the communist threat in the area.

Importance of islamic medicine
Naily [24]

Islamic Achievements in Medieval Medicine: Hospitals and Doctor Training. Rather than viewing disease as a punishment from God as the Christians thought, Islam looked at disease as just another problem for mankind to solve. The Prophet decreed that the sick and injured should be cared for, not shunned.
