i really like this! like ALOT!! but there is something about the end that doesnt satisfy the ending of the poem so for that reason, i would give this an 8.5/10 its outstanding overall though!
Answer: If my memory serves Crooks is the black man from the novel Of Mice and Men. He is called that because of his crooked back. I'm sorry but I don't know how that reflects in his personality.
