Should teachers have guns in school? I dont know what kind of answer but please ideas?
Anton [14]
Hey again!

The answer is based on personal opinion. I don't think our teachers should be armed, but there are advantages and disadvantages.

Multiple pros and cons of teacher's being armed.

Two pros:
 - To protect their students and themselves during an active shooting
- They wouldn't be defenseless during a shooting
Why shouldn't they? (Cons) - They might use the gun to discipline their students.
- A child could find and use the firearm.
- It's not the teacher's job to be a bodyguard for the students.
 - The students may feel unsafe around the teacher.

 I hope this helps.
