Two breakfast foods that I like the most are French toast and waffles which has a very good and unique taste whereas the two breakfast foods that I dislike are whole-grain toast and yogurt with fruit or nuts. I also eat pancakes, cold cereal, egg and milk in my breakfast in order to stay healthy and fit because these foods are high in calories which gives me enough energy for my routine work and for good for health.
