C, During the US’s new rule Alexander Hamilton (Secretary of Treasury rey) wanted to make a national bank and raise the tariffs due to needing to pay off war debt that built up in the American Revolution. To where Thomas Jefferson( Secretary of State) had different plan and wanted to not raise the tariffs/ taxes on whiskey due to him being from the south and that would push farmers to the edge. This initially started out as just a vote with congress till they realized that there was two sides of the congress floor that had certain ideals creating Democracy and Federalism.

Why were Narcissa and Marcus Whitman murdered by the Cayuse Indians?
Brrunno [24]
When a measles epidemic broke out at the mission in November 1847, many of the Indians were killed while the white newcomers survived. The Cayuse suspected that the Whitmans and their foreign religion were the cause of the fatal disease. The Whitmans and eleven other whites were killed by the Cayuse, and the mission was burned down.
