For me I prefer specific religion as having a specific religion helps you be who you are and makes you more stronger than you can ever be. Belief system is just the believe you have for a short period of time; just for temporary. But if you have specific religion than it's for your life time.
I think it is A because you are learning that Liz likes hiking. And you know that in the story Liz will be hiking mountains and something is going to happen.
