<span>As Eadweard Muybridge’s experiments with motion showed, the camera can capture what the human eye can't see. Muybridge wanted to show that for a brief moment, when horses gallop, they become completely airborne. This is something that humans cannot see with the naked eye - which is why he developed this experiment with motion pictures in order to prove it - and he did. </span>
