Binsey Poplars is full of unusual language, internal rhyme, alliteration, assonance, sprung rhythm and repetition. Hopkins developed his own unique sprung rhythm, based on a much older metric tradition with roots in Greek song and Welsh poetry.

How as a society should we address the issue of delinquent parents?
kvv77 [185]
Do things like making sure these people are ready to be parents. We could offer parenting classes, support organizations like planned parenthood, and really make sure these people understand what it means to have a child, basically.

We find it easy to tread on and crush a worm that we see crawling on the earth; so it is easy for us to cut or singe a slender t
ch4aika [34]

Answer:

The correct answer is letter B) throw with force.

Explanation:

As we know, denotation refers to the primary, original meaning of a word -- in contrast to connotation, which refers to a secondary meaning evoked in a certain context. By definition, the verb "cast" means to throw something forcefully in a specific direction. In the passage, God is the one throwing his enemies with force into hell. Even if we did not know the meaning of cast, we would have been able to get to that conclusion due to the context surrounding the word. The passage is talking of violent actions such as cutting and crushing. Tossing lightly, releasing into air, or dropping casually, therefore, would greatly contrast with the meaning of the whole paragraph.

What is the percent by mass of 5 g of sodium chloride mixed with 80 g of water
Misha Larkins [42]

Answer:

mass of solute (m1) = 5.0 g NaCl

mass of solvent (m2 ) = 80.0 g H2O

T% = ( m1 / m1 + m2 ) * 100

T% = ( 5.0 / 5.0 + 80.0 ) * 100

T% = ( 5.0 / 85.0 ) * 100

T% = 0.0588 * 100

T = 5.88%
