Cultural differences, inside or outside this organization can affect the communication process.
Use of language, poor choice of words or a weak sentence structure can affect the communication process.
Lack of feedback, it's important  because it shows information of understanding to the one who is sending you the message.
Disabilities, you probably have to use hearing aids, sign language, and symbols to fix that problem.
Known or unknown receiver, whether it is unknown it can hamper communication.
