Answer:
How Grid Analysis Works
Grid analysis is used when we have to decide between some available choices. We chose some variables and factors which are important to us, then we assign the wights to the each choice, followed by deciding the choice which has got the highest score. For example, when buying a laptop, we can have many choices, like, Dell, Apple, HP etc. Then we choose some factors important to us, like Battery, Hard Drive, Price, Processor etc. Then we will assign weightage to each factors from 1 to 10. Then choice with the highest rating will be our final decision.
Why Grid Analysis is not always accurate: Disadvantages of using Grid Analysis
When we fail to give weights properly to each of the factor, then the results of Grid Analysis Technique will surely be not authentic. It can happen when decision maker over-weight some variables for a particular choice, and assign less weightage to another variable for another choice just based on some already defined or biased behavior towards some particular factor. Or if all the available choices are not considered then it will also be useless. In all of the cases, almost perfect or most authentic results are not guaranteed with the help of Grid Analysis, perhaps it is just a tool for analyzing and decision making. Summing it up, it can only add value to the human decision making, certainly, it cant replace human decision making at all.

~Hello There!~
So, I read up on this just to answer this question. In basic terms, it revolves around natural selection. Natural selection is simply when the organisms that are 'better adapted' live on to pass on their genes. The animals that aren't the 'better adapted' have to find ways to survive. This is what leads to the development of these relationships. For example, small insects may climb onto animals to get food. The organisms support each other. Does that help?
Hope This Helps You!
Good Luck :)
