Answer:

Arizona will always high an extremely high energy consumption, and there is nothing to do about it. This is because it is a state that is part of a very developed country (the U.S.), standards of living are therefore high, and the climate and the shape of the cities make the use of air conditioning and cars, mandatory.

Explanation:

For this reason, instead of trying to reduce energy consumption, Arizona should promote a fast energy transition instead. The state should be dotted with solar energy and wind plants everywhere, since the majority of the territory is uninhabited desert. The state could even build nuclear power plants because nuclear is a realiable and cheap source of clean energy.

In conclusion, instead of trying to lower energy consumption, Arizona should make energy consumption come from clean and sustainable sources.

How does Poe refine the idea in the poem "Annabel Lee" that true love can turn into obsession?
Fittoniya [83]
I would have to say B. But don't rely on this! Here is my explanation;

High-born would mean that he is more important or in a higher grade. In this text, he refers him to be high-born because he is rich and she loves him. He [not the high-born] Loves her so much, he is there when she is on the boat [or what he refers to], her death, and more places [I have not read this poem in a while].

Then again, don't rely on this answer! I did my best. It was either B. or C. to me. B. made more sense to me, but we are two different people!

Read the passage from chapter 7 of Animal Farm.
AleksAgata [21]

The details that best support the idea that the farm is a symbol for Russia under the rule of the Communist party are:

 • "these scenes of terror and slaughter"
 • "come to a time when no one dared speak his mind"

What is a symbol?

In literature, a symbol refers to an inanimate artefact or representation of a real event, person, culture or time period.

Thus, the way George Orwell symbolized the rule of the Communist Party was by relating them as follows:

 • "these scenes of terror and slaughter"
 • "come to a time when no one dared speak his mind"
