I don't think it will work.
Fish breathe with gill not lungs. Unlike lungs, gill works one way. You breathe out air out of you mouth but fish dump the water from their gill so they shouldn't be able to push water out of their mouth.
Even if the could fish push the water through their mouth, the gas exchange didn't happen because the water didn't move through the gill. The fish that giving water cannot breathe while giving resuscitation.
The military will change lots like right now there replacing the Humvee with the mrap and the m1 abrams is being replace to there also making liquid armor and robots to oh ye and that armor stuff that has a exo skeleton to help carry the armor and supplies<span />
Oxygen is used up in the body of most organisms and Carbon dioxide is released. The body uses oxygen to break down glucose to supply energy tot he body. In result of this reaction carbon dioxide and water is released into the system along with energy. The carbon dioxide is then exhaled into the air by the respiratory system of the organisms.
