Answer:

Today's GPS receivers are extremely accurate (to 10–20 m), thanks to their parallel multi-channel design; a 12-channel receiver, for instance, can lock onto 12 satellites. Certain atmospheric factors and other sources of error can affect the receiver's accuracy.

Answer:original answers

Explanation:

Geographically, we may see the continent as one lump of the earth map placed in-between the Atlantic sea on the region and Asian sea on Asia; Southern sea in the lower extreme and the Arabian Peninsula on the North East, and European continent on the Northwest. Beyond this classification, Africa can be seen as the geographic place which harbors the world hitherto largest black competition. Likewise, in the law on which the human Union (AU ) is established, Africa is seen as a continent containing the 53 countries formally recognized by the UN. In whichever way it is set, our significant share here is the intellect of continent which captures this political history and picture which by meaning, locate their position and level of participation in the global concept of democratic governance.

Time Safari Inc. is a safari that takes people in the present to the faraway past, in the short story "A Sound of Thunder".

Explanation:

"A Sound of Thunder" is a science fiction short story by Ray Bradbury.

In it he presents the further-est future, wherein it is possible to travel back in time to the age of the dinosaurs.

It invites wealthy hunters to enjoy the hunting of the dinosaurs, an experience that would otherwise not be possible.

But there are certain precautions that the time safari guides have to take which are:

 • people who are traveling to the past should not step out of the time path that they are traveling in, as as to maintain the time path.
 • the safari guides tag the dinosaurs which can be hunted upon, and only those creatures can be shot at by the travelers. This is done by the guides traveling beforehand and knowing which creature is about to die, and targeting that creature only. This way the past does not change at all and is maintained.
 • no one is supposed to take along anything from the past environment except for the memories and the experience, so the past is kept as it is supposed to be, or else the future would change.

Thus, these are the guidelines that the safari guides take in the "A Sound of thunder".

Read the poem "The Snake" by Emily Dickinson.
kipiarov [429]

Answer:

A) She uses comparisons to show the speaker’s connection to the snake .

Explanation:

Well, in the poem, she sees a snake slithering through the grass. With that view, she remembers a time when she was younger and interacted with a snake:

"A narrow fellow in the grass...

------------------------------------------------

Yet when a child, and barefoot,

I more than once, at morn..."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dickinson also said how the snake seemed scary to a lot of people, but in reality it was not:

"But never met this fellow,

Attended or alone,

Without a tighter breathing,

And zero at the bone.
