Chronological order I believe this because it first gives you background information for why the Taps were created, the saying one evening during the CW, and lastly says These days. And the taps were a bugle call that was made in 1862 during the English CW (the first paragraph), then one evening from 1862 they replaced Extinguish the Lights with Taps(2nd paragraph), then Now it’s used as a solemn farewell (third paragraph)
