Answer: circuit training can be dangerous cause accidents happen a lot while doing it, and it does take time to arrange the equipment cause most of it is heavy weights. So i highly doubt it is A. so cross that off so its either B or C or it could be all that apply you would have to do some research on circuit training and see if its a bad way to exercise.
