The U.S. Constitution was founded on the idea of a mixed government theory.
O True
O False
daser333 [38]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

"Mixed government (or a mixed constitution) is a form of government that combines elements of democracy, aristocracy and monarchy, ostensibly making impossible their respective degenerations which are conceived as anarchy, oligarchy and tyranny."

The constitution is strongly against monarchy and tyranny. In fact that is the reason why anti-federalist argued not to have their constitution. But they added the Bill of Rights to ensure that their government would not become a tyranny. Since mixed government is considered a tyranny, the constitution was not founded on this idea. Thus making the answer false
